Numerical software control for the machinery

Purpose

We have been cooperating for 10 years with a German firm POWER AUTOMATION in the sphere of creating the systems for the control of machinery.

POWER AUTOMATON developed, to our mind, a very interesting system with various functions. This system is to be used with different types of machines - from the common lathes and milling machines up to modern laser machines.

Realization features

The system can make the linear interpolation with 8 coordinates, the circle interpolation. The system also can make the adjusting depending on the instrument"s size. Also the system includes options of Spline-interpolation, 5 coordinate transformation, programming in polar coordinates.

It is to be noted that the system is not expensive.

Our specialists practiced in POWER AUTOMATION and are experienced in configuring, joining, developing the controller"s algorithm, and in the setup of the system.

We supply with a system of controlling a 4 coordinate milling machine. The system"s options of switching of the axis to the spindle mode were used. The system is joined to the Omron controller on the basis of Modusbus interface which controls the machine"s and the control panel"s tasks.
